UXCO Group has acquired two new UXCO Student residences in Gennevilliers and Bezons, in the Paris region. These new residences reinforce the Group’s portfolio and further accelerate its strong growth in recent months. UXCO Group, as leaders in French PBSA, now offers close to 15,000 beds across 77 residences all over the country.

UXCO Group, investor, developer and operator of student housing and co-living real estate (PBSA), laid the first stone of the future ECLA residence in Lille. This ceremony marked the start of the construction work of an investment of €95 million.

Since its launch in 2018, Ecla, a concept developed and supported by UXCO Group, has quickly established itself as a benchmark in co-living for students and young professionals. As the needs of new generations evolve and transform, Ecla is reinventing itself with a new brand identity, created in collaboration with Lonsdale, a branding and design agency. More aligned with its ambitions and those of its residents, this evolution marks a significant milestone in Ecla’s history, while reinforcing its commitments: offering much more than just accommodation, but a true living experience where community, sharing, and innovation are present every moment.

The Class Foundation’s 2024 Student Living Monitor (SLM) has revealed important insights into the state of student housing across Europe, with specific focus on key European markets for higher education, including France. The survey, which gathered responses from nearly 11,000 students across the continent, highlights the varying impacts of living conditions on student well-being, emphasising the need for targeted improvements.
