Paris and Montpellier, July 31, 2025 – UXCO Group, an integrated investment, development and operating group specialising in student residences, has opened its new UXCO Student Atlas residence in Toulouse. This project, co-developed by Océanis Promotion, the Group’s development arm, and Novaxia Investissement, represents a total investment of €38 million.

The Group announces the upcoming opening of three new UXCO Student residences and one Ecla residence, representing more than 1,300 new beds. This major expansion demonstrates the Group’s ability to deploy innovative solutions addressing the critical challenges of student housing, under its Ecla and UXCO Student brands.

Set to open in 2026, this project reinforces the Group’s ongoing development and investment strategy within the student housing sector.

UXCO Group proudly announces that Ecla Paris-Villejuif has achieved the WELL Performance Rating. This distinction, a global first for a student residence and a national first across all real estate sectors in France, reflects the group’s strategic commitment to investing in high-quality assets. UXCO Group has acquired two new UXCO Student residences in Gennevilliers and Bezons, in the Paris region. UXCO Group, as leaders in French PBSA, now offers close to 15,000 beds across 77 residences all over the country.
