At UXCO MANAGEMENT, we ensure the protection of your personal data.
This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) explains which personal information we collect about you, how and why we use it, and to whom we disclose it in connection with the collection and processing carried out on the mobile application: 05/11/2025.
Who are we?
UXCO MANAGEMENT, a simplified single-shareholder joint-stock company (SASU) registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 903.205.888, with its registered office located at 130 rue de la Jasse de Maurin, 34070 MONTPELLIER, is responsible for processing personal data for the purposes described below.

Categories of Data Collected and Sources
UXCO MANAGEMENT processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (names, first names, dates of birth, etc.), contact data (email addresses, postal contact details, telephone numbers, etc.), personal life details (civil status, housing preferences, etc.), professional life details (student or worker profile, company name, financial resources, etc.), reservation and payment-related data, as well as data relating to degrees and experience of job applicants.
Information collected by UXCO MANAGEMENT and deemed essential to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes is marked with an asterisk on collection forms. If you do not provide the required fields, UXCO MANAGEMENT may be unable to ensure the service concerned.
Your data is collected directly by UXCO MANAGEMENT.
Data Recipients
The personal data processed is mainly communicated/accessible to the Sales & Marketing and CSR Department, the Information Systems Department, the Finance Department, and the Human Resources Department of UXCO MANAGEMENT.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties, partners and/or subcontractors of UXCO MANAGEMENT (for example, for IT hosting and maintenance purposes) for the purposes set out in this Policy. Subcontractors acting on behalf of UXCO MANAGEMENT will be required to implement appropriate protection measures.
If certain third parties are located in countries whose regulations do not necessarily offer the same level of protection as EU Member States, UXCO MANAGEMENT will ensure that such transfers comply with French regulatory requirements (such as the implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or adherence to the PRIVACY SHIELD in the United States). You may contact our DPO for more information on these topics and to obtain a copy of relevant documents.
We may be legally required to disclose your personal data to certain authorities or other third parties, for example to law enforcement authorities of the country where we or third parties acting on our behalf are located. We may also disclose and process your personal data in accordance with applicable law to defend our legitimate interests, for example in civil or criminal legal proceedings.
Data Retention Period
Personal data collected is retained by UXCO MANAGEMENT in accordance with data protection regulations and applicable legal limitation periods. For example:

Data related to marketing prospects is kept for three years from the last contact;

Customer data is retained for the duration of the contract plus the limitation period;

Data relating to unpaid invoices is kept until the amicable settlement of the dispute or, failing that, until the expiration of the judicial limitation period.
Your Rights
You have the following rights under applicable regulations:

You have the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data.

You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data
(i) if you contest the accuracy of your data during the time we verify it,
(ii) if you consider that we are processing your data unlawfully and request restriction instead of erasure,
(iii) if we no longer need your data for the purposes mentioned above but you still need it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims,
(iv) in the event of exercising your right to object during the verification period regarding whether our legitimate grounds override yours. -
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. In case of such a request, UXCO MANAGEMENT may nevertheless retain your data in intermediate storage for the period necessary to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
