General Information

By using our mobile application: Loka, you fully and completely accept the Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) below.

We strive to update the data on the site regularly. These terms may therefore be modified at any time. We invite you to consult them regularly. For technical maintenance reasons, you may occasionally encounter interruptions.

Description of Services

The mobile application aims to provide information regarding all the activities and services of UXCO MANAGEMENT.

The Loka mobile application allows tenant users to benefit from several features and services related to their stay. It notably offers the possibility to:

Book reservable spaces within their residence (gym, coworking, common room, etc.);
Submit various requests and report incidents;
Consult their profile and access documents related to their stay (contract, receipts, certificates, etc.);
Follow residence news via a news feed;
Register for proposed events;
Receive alerts and notifications concerning their residence or stay.

UXCO MANAGEMENT reserves the right to update the Application and to add, modify, or remove features at any time, in order to improve the proposed services or to ensure their security and proper functioning.

All information on the Loka mobile application is provided for reference only, may change, and is not exhaustive.

Access to the Application is reserved for tenants with a personal account created by UXCO MANAGEMENT. Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential.

Despite regular updates to our data, we cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in the information on the site, whether due to our own actions or those of partner third parties.

The User may request the deletion of their account at any time from their personal space. Account deletion results in the loss of access to all features and services reserved for clients, including (without limitation): space reservations, request submission and tracking, event registration, and any other service accessible via the Application (mentioned above).

Limitation of Liability

UXCO MANAGEMENT cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Loka mobile application, nor for the occurrence of malfunctions or incompatibilities. We recommend using recent hardware, free of viruses and up to date, to optimize your experience on our mobile application.

Spaces are available on our mobile application for asking questions or submitting testimonials via requests. UXCO MANAGEMENT reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate applicable French legislation, particularly provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, UXCO MANAGEMENT also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, especially in the case of racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

Intellectual Property

The content shared on the UXCO MANAGEMENT mobile application (images, editorial content, graphics, logo, icons, sounds…) and the elements necessary for its operation (software) are protected under intellectual property rights, whether under copyright or usage rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Loka mobile application, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained from UXCO MANAGEMENT.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements shall be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal Data

The mobile application collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable regulations.

The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, they may contact the publisher at the following address: dpo@uxco-management.com

Modification of the Terms of Use

UXCO MANAGEMENT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be notified to users by an appropriate means (publication on the mobile application, email, etc.). Use of the mobile application after modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Hyperlinks and Third-Party Services

The mobile Application may contain links to third-party sites. UXCO MANAGEMENT cannot be held responsible for the content of these external sites or any potential damage they may cause.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the city of Montpellier.
