Categories of Data Collected and Sources
UXCO Group processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (name, surname, date of birth, etc.), contact data (email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, etc.), personal information (marital status, housing preferences, etc.), professional information (student or worker status, company name, financial resources, etc.), booking and payment information, as well as data relating to diplomas and experience of job applicants.
Information collected by UXCO Group that is essential to achieve the purposes mentioned above is identified by an asterisk (*) on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, UXCO Group may be unable to provide the corresponding service.
Your data is collected directly by UXCO Group or may be transmitted to us by our commercial partners.
Data Recipients
The personal data processed is mainly communicated to or accessible by the Sales & Marketing Department, the IT Department, the Finance Department, and the Human Resources Department of UXCO Group.
Your personal data may also be shared with third parties, partners, and/or subcontractors of UXCO Group (for example, for IT hosting and maintenance purposes) for the purposes mentioned in this Policy. Subcontractors acting under the instructions of UXCO Group are required to implement appropriate protection measures.
If certain third parties are located in countries whose regulations do not offer the same level of protection as EU member states, UXCO Group will ensure that such transfers are carried out in compliance with French regulations (for example, through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or adherence to the Privacy Shield in the United States).

Data Retention Period
Personal data collected is retained by UXCO Group in accordance with data protection regulations and applicable legal limitation periods. For example:

Data related to marketing prospects is kept for three years from the last contact;

Customer data is retained for the duration of the contract plus the limitation period;

Data relating to unpaid invoices is kept until the amicable settlement of the dispute or, failing that, until the expiration of the judicial limitation period.
Your Rights
You have the following rights under applicable regulations:

The right to access and rectify your personal data.

The right to restrict processing of your personal data:
(i) if you dispute the accuracy of your data for the time needed to verify it;
(ii) if you believe we are processing your data unlawfully and prefer restriction over deletion;
(iii) if we no longer need your data for the purposes described above but it is still required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
(iv) if you exercise your right to object while verification is ongoing regarding whether our legitimate grounds override yours. -
The right to request deletion of your personal data. In the event of such a request, UXCO Group may still retain data in intermediate archives for the duration required to meet its legal, accounting, or tax obligations.
