Who are we ?

The company UXCO in the process of being formed, whose head office is located at 125 rue Gilles Martinet, 34070 MONTPELLIER is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out for the purposes described below.

    UXCO Group processes the following categories of personal data:

    • Identification Data: names, first names, dates of birth, etc.
    • Contact Data: email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, etc.
    • Personal Life Details: marital status, housing preferences, etc.
    • Professional Details: student or professional profiles, company name, financial resources, etc.
    • Reservation and Payment Data.
    • Data related to degrees and professional experiences of job applicants.

    The information collected by UXCO Group, which is essential to fulfilling the aforementioned purposes, is identified with an asterisk (*) on data collection forms. If you do not provide these mandatory fields, UXCO Group may be unable to deliver the relevant service.

    Your data is collected directly by UXCO Group or may have been provided to us by our business partners.

    Data Recipients

    The personal data processed is primarily communicated or accessible to the Commercial & Marketing Department, the Information Systems Department, the Financial Department, and the Human Resources Department of UXCO Group.

    Your personal data may be shared with third parties, partners, and/or subcontractors of UXCO Group (e.g., for IT hosting and maintenance purposes) for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Subcontractors acting on behalf of UXCO Group are required to implement appropriate protective measures.

    If certain third parties are located in countries whose regulations do not necessarily offer the same level of protection as those of European Union member states, UXCO Group will ensure that these transfers are carried out in compliance with French regulations (e.g., through the implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or adherence to the Privacy Shield in the United States). You can contact our DPO for further information on these topics or to obtain a copy of the relevant documents.

    Data Retention

    The personal data collected is retained by UXCO Group in compliance with data protection regulations and in accordance with legal prescription periods. For example:

    • Data related to commercial prospecting is retained for three years from the last contact.
    • Customer-related data is retained for the duration of the contract plus the prescription period.
    • Data concerning unpaid amounts is retained until the amicable settlement of the dispute or, failing that, until the judicial action is prescribed.

     

    Your Rights

    You have the following rights in accordance with applicable regulations:

    1. Access and Rectification: You may request access to and correction of your personal data.
    2. Restriction of Processing: You may request processing limitations:
        • (i) if you dispute the accuracy of your data, for the time necessary to verify its accuracy;
        • (ii) if you consider that your data is being processed unlawfully and prefer restriction over deletion;
        • (iii) if UXCO Group no longer requires your data for the purposes mentioned above, but you need it for legal claims;
        • (iv) if you exercise your right to object, while verification is conducted to determine whether the legitimate grounds of UXCO Group override your own.

    3. Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data. However, UXCO Group may retain it in intermediate archiving for the duration necessary to meet legal, accounting, and fiscal obligations.

    4. Objection: You may object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation. You may also object to commercial prospecting without providing a reason

    5. Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data or its transfer to a third party in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

    6. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time when processing is based on consent.

    7. Post-Mortem Instructions: You can issue instructions on the retention, deletion, or communication of your personal data after your death.
